How Finden Technologies handles personal data when you visit findenai.com, send us a message or book a meeting with us.
Who we are
Finden Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Finden”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in India, CIN U72900GA2016PTC012980, with its registered office at CS2 Devrai Apt, Aquem Alto, Margao, Goa 403601, India. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
This policy covers findenai.com and the enquiries and meetings that start here. It does not cover the systems we build or run for clients: personal data in those systems is handled under each client’s agreement with us.
What we collect
When you send us a message
Your name, email address, organisation if you give it, the topic you choose and your message. The same applies when you email us directly.
When you book a meeting
The details you enter in the booking form, such as your name, email address and any notes, and the time you choose. Bookings are made through Cal.com.
When you browse the site
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, your approximate location, and your type of device and browser. We use this to understand the site as a whole, not to identify you.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the time of each request, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, and to arrange and hold meetings.
- To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to manage our relationship.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, only with your consent.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for automated decisions about you, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Legal basis
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you send the contact form, book a meeting or accept analytics cookies, or for the legitimate uses the Act allows, such as responding to information you choose to send us.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent (analytics cookies and the contact form), on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (replying to enquiries and holding meetings), on our legitimate interest in running and securing our website and business, and on our legal obligations.
Cookies
We use cookies only for analytics, and only if you accept them. On your first visit, a notice asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, none are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser so that we do not ask on every page, and you can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Kept for |

_ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Keeps track of a visit as you move between pages | Up to 2 years |
The booking calendar on our Contact page is provided by Cal.com, which may use cookies or similar technology that booking needs in order to work. Its use is covered by Cal.com’s privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as far as they need it:
- Hostinger, which hosts this website.
- Google, for Google Analytics, when you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Cal.com, which handles meeting bookings.
- Our email provider, which delivers the messages you send us and our replies.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example to a court or a regulator.
International transfers
We are based in India, and some of our providers process data in other countries, including the United States and countries in the European Union. When personal data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and meeting details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for as long as we work together. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer.
Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account and then deleted automatically. We protect the data we hold with access limited to the people who need it and with encrypted connections.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent.
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to our processing, to restrict it and to receive your data in a portable form.
To use any of these rights, or to raise a concern, write to info@findenai.com. We will reply within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, to your local data protection authority.
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
